Laura Smith is a celebrated Canadian singer songwriter and well-loved by musical audiences throughout the province. With four full-length recordings to her credit, she has lived and worked in Nova Scotia since 1984 and has toured across Canada as well as Europe, the U.K. and the United States. Kim Dunn is a multi-award-winning musician with a successful music career that spans 30 years now. In that time he has worked with Rita MacNeil, Bruce Guthro, Jimmy Rankin, Heather Rankin, Matt Anderson, Meaghan Smith, Dave Gunning, George Canyon and many others, including countless performances with Laura Smith.

Added appreciation is extended to the artists and Second Story Women’s Centre. Proceeds from this event will support the Peggy Corkum/Musique Royale Legacy Award given yearly to a gifted young Nova Scotia pianist.
